Bill Ogden has extensive trial and appellate experience in a wide range of commercial litigation, with a recent concentration in communications, employment, media and energy law. Mr. Ogden has been selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America in the field of First Amendment law for over 20 years, from 1991 to the present.
