Joshua Weaver

Joshua Weaver is an attorney, technologist, and coach serving as Director of Innovation and Emergent Technology at the State Bar of Texas and Director of the Texas Opportunity & Justice Incubator (TOJI), where he helps attorneys build innovative, sustainable practices serving underserved communities. A nationally recognized speaker on legal technology, access to justice, and cybersecurity, Joshua advises multiple national groups, including the State Bar’s Taskforce for Responsible AI in Law (TRAIL), the National Incubator & Non-Profit Law Firm mastermind group, and the Above the Line Network. Joshua is a Baylor University graduate (BA ‘09, JD ‘15) and enjoys powerlifting, gourmet cooking, and outdoor adventures with his Great Dane, Amaya.
