VII BOARD OF DISCIPLINARY APPEALS 7.07 Recusal and Disqualification of Members
Board of Disciplinary Appeals members shall refrain from taking part in any matter before the Board of Disciplinary Appeals [proceeding] in which recusal or disqualification would be required of a judge similarly situated.
