Amy Bresnen

Amy Bresnen is an attorney and lobbyist at BresnenAssociates, Inc., consistently ranked in the top-tier of Texas lobby firms by Capitol Inside. Her private sector representation spans major corporate and small businesses, attorneys, doctors, and nonprofits, with focus areas including healthcare, family law, court procedures, women's health care and education, overall health care, telecommunications, emergency medicine, dentistry, regulatory reform, transportation, gaming, taxes and fees, and technology. She has served on or moderated several State Bar Convention panels on Open Government and Anti-SLAPP law.
