Teresa Schedler

Teresa Schedler, who joined the Texas Center for Legal Ethics in 1998, is Director of Compliance and Operations. In that role, she oversees the implementation of an order by the Supreme Court of Texas for all newly-licensed attorneys to take the Justice James A. Baker Guide to Ethics and Professionalism in Texas.  She also strives to grow group membership for the TCLE through marketing and promoting the many programs TCLE offers. Ms. Schedler coordinates all TCLE board meetings and manages the organization’s office. She’s responsible for the TCLE’s annual budget, accounting and the yearly audit. 

Before coming to the TCLE, Ms. Schedler headed up marketing and event promotions for the Hospital Financial and Technology Professionals nonprofit organization. She led exhibit, sponsorship and advertising sales on behalf of the group, and coordinated efforts to secure international speakers for the group’s events. Prior to that, Ms. Schedler worked at the Texas Physical Therapy Association, where she managed accounts, oversaw the layout of the organization’s magazines and other publications, and led in the group’s membership initiative.

Ms. Schedler volunteers her time assisting with faith based meetings and conferences.
