Joshua Weaver is a technologist, attorney, and coach spearheading the Texas Opportunity & Justice Incubator (TOJI), a State Bar of Texas initiative facilitating sustainable legal practices in underserved communities.

With a background in tech startups and software development, Joshua has worked with entities like NextGen, Chick-fil-A, the US Air Force, and numerous startups. Recognized for legal innovation, he advanced Baylor Law's distinguished programs.

A nationally sought-after speaker, his talks focus on legal innovation, including AI, cybersecurity, privacy, and enhancing access to justice.

Joshua champions the belief that lawyers can achieve professional autonomy and deliver outstanding service by redefining traditional legal processes with modern tools.

Outside the office, he's currently tinkering with GenAI, bodybuilding, and teaching his 125 lb Great Dane, Amaya, new tricks.
