TCLE Visionary William Hilgers Passes Away
Austin attorney William B. Hilgers has passed away at the age of 95. Hilgers was instrumental in the creation, development, and expansion of the Texas Center for Legal Ethics. In 2011, he was awarded the Chief Justice Jack Pope Professionalism Award from the Center for his lifetime of dedication to the highest standards of ethics and professionalism.
