  1. How do I bookmark an Ethics Opinion, Rule or Texas EthicsExchange article?

    To bookmark Ethics Opinions, Rules or Texas EthicsExchange articles, you must be signed in to your account. 

    Look for the bookmark icon next to the opinion, rule part or article you wish to bookmark.  

    Clicking the icon will save the resource to your account.  The icon will then turn green indicating that it has been saved.  If you no longer need quick access to this content, click the bookmark icon again to remove it.

    To access your saved resources, click on My Dashboard.  Your resources will be under My Bookmarks.  If you no longer need quick access to this content, click the bookmark icon again to remove this from My Bookmarks.

  2. How do I access the Texas EthicsExchange?

    You must be a Subscriber to access the Texas EthicsExchange.  Login to your account then click on Texas EthicsExchange under Resources.  Contact us if you need a login or have issues logging in.

  3. How do I redeem my 3 hours of free ethics CLE?

    You must be signed into your account. Click on Online Courses from the homepage. There will be an option to “buy” with credits next to the course name to the right. Select to use credits for each course you wish to view.

  4. How do I access my subscription benefits?

    You will need to login with your username and password to access your benefits. Contact us if you need a login.  Click on your name in the upper right corner to access your account.

    Redeeming your free CLE

    You receive 3 hours of free online CLE courses with your annual donation. You may choose any of the online courses located under the Courses tab except for the Justice James A. Baker Guide to Ethics and Professionalism in Texas course. You must be signed into your account. Click on Courses from the homepage. There will be an option to “buy” with credits next to the course name to the right. Select to use credits for each course you wish to view.
