Course Description
In 1989, a statewide effort to increase civility and professionalism between lawyers culminated in the adoption of the Texas Lawyer’s Creed by the Supreme Court of Texas and the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals. What impact has it had over the last 35 years? We discuss the Creed and its effect on the legal profession with one of its original authors along with the current and past chair of the State Bar of Texas Professionalism Committee.
