Vicki Blanton

Vicki is the Assistant Vice President/Senior Legal Counsel, Tax & Benefits at AT&T in Dallas.  She previously worked for in-house for Wal-Mart, General Motors, American Airlines and JC Penney.  She has a wide variety of expertise, including working as assistant city attorney in Dallas and in private practice at a major Texas law firm.  She has tax, finance, and regulatory expertise.
